Learning Log 2
Superstitious was a creepy lesson~ We learnt a lot of superstitious and some of them is really interesting. Although it may cause some goosebumps, it is worth listening to. Frankly speaking, I'm really wondering if superstitious is real and i found out that it does not have a fix answer to it. It' just whether u believe it or not. While searching, i saw a really interesting article in the internet that attracted me and it is the "666" which is called the satan's number. So, whether all this are true, better be safe than sorry.

Next, about the Macbeth lesson. We started on Macbeth Act 1 Scene 1, and Mrs Woo showed as a video of Macbeth opening which is the 3witches. Also, Mrs woo called out some students to act out the scene and I, who was sabotaged, was chosen. At first, i thought that it's very tough and I'm afraid that i will be laugh at, but Mrs Woo did a demo which was then i realize that "The teacher can do it, why can't I?". Although it may not be my best try as it is human nature to be nervous, it was still a good try. In a nutshell, lesson were very fun.

Term 1 Week 1&2
During the first week, we did not have much of literature lesson as we were spending the first few days knowing each other and decorating the class. But in the second week, we started off with literature learning a type of poem called Cinquain. Basically,Cinquain is a 5-line poem.

Example of Cinquain:
Friendship (title)
Important, Rare (describe title using 2 words - adjective)
Talking, Caring, Sharing (choose 3 words to tell us what the title can do - verb)
Very important to all (choose 4 words that describe feeling about the title)
Awesome (reflection on the title)

In a nutshell, Cinquain is just a 5-line poem that requires own creativity to make it unique and have special meanings.

Comments about lessons
At first, i thought that learning Cinquain will be bored especially when we have new classmate. But in the end, it actually resulted in a fun lesson that everyone enjoys (i guess ^^). The best part about learning the Cinquain is that we worked in groups and came out with creative, unique and special poems.

Suggestions
Although this maybe perfect literature lessons for me, there are always more spaces for improvement. I think that lessons can be improved if everyone is suggesting more idea or giving more examples.
